The 1x1 wire rope is subjected to be kinked during installation on site due to the fact that the wire rope is rigid.
The 7x7 wire rope is more flexible and less subjected to be kinked.
The crimping is also more efficient with the 7x7 cable, the breakage of the crimping ring is higher.
Forbidden to use any other wire rope even if the construction looks the same. The rigidity of the wire rope is higher than standard 7x7 and the strength of the crimping is higher too |
